Q: Why is there no 'add to cart' button next to the item I am trying to purchase?
A: If the 'add to cart' button is not there, it is because we do not have the item in stock at the moment and are waiting for shipment from the manufacturers. Please check back at a later date. The button to 'add to cart' and allow a purchase to be made will appear when the merchandise is available.
Q: How will I know when my item is shipped?
A: If you are in the United States, you will receive an email from 'stamps.com' with the shipping information and date. Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping. Outside of the U.S. it could take as long as 2 to 4 weeks to receive your shipment. All shipments are sent out by The Harmony Network, Inc.. For customer service contact information, click the customer service link on the top right of the store site, or contact link on the left navigation menu of the site.
Q: Why am I seeing a charge on my credit card statement to 'The Harmony Network'?
A: The Harmony Network, Inc. is the company that is handling all sales and shipping for Victor Wooten's merchandise. The charges will show up payable to The Harmony Network on credit card statements. If you are using Pay Pal, the payment goes through to the email account tone@TheHarmonyNetwork.com.
Q: I received an email receipt from merch@victorwooten.com that has no tracking number. How do I trace this shipment?
A: The email from merch@victorwooten.com is actually generated by the store's program automatically as I PROCESS the orders. This is actually NOT the shipping date, as the system automatically generates that email with a default date to the date I process your order. You will, however, received an email from The Harmony Network, Inc., through the Stamps.com program. All shipping labels are printed through that program and your email from them will have an actual tracking number so you can track your shipments. I apologize for any confusion this may cause.
